When I started SUP foiling, I quickly realized how important the paddle is.

Since I'm not exactly heavy myself, and most water sports equipment is developed by overweight men ;-), I was once again at a disadvantage when it came to buying a paddle.

The challenge was to find a stiff carbon paddle that I could pull through the water quickly enough with my body weight, allowing me to reach the necessary speed without brute force.

After several tests, I opted for this very light and stiff paddle.
