There are two techniques for pumping with the ScootPump.
One technique is like the actual pump foiling, you have your feet behind each other and you pump mainly with your back foot.
With this technique, however, the back leg is under more strain than the front.
In the second technique, you stand next to one another with your feet. The big advantage of this technique is that both legs are equally loaded and therefore trained equally.
With the second technique, I am often asked about the equal weight because you stand next to each other and many people have the feeling that this technique is more difficult.
However, you can simply use the handlebars for balance and therefore both techniques are equally difficult (easy)
