Which is the right ScootPump board size for you?

Which is the right ScootPump / Foilscoot board size for you?

As I have two sizes of ScootPump / Foilscoot, I am often asked which is the right one.
When choosing the size of the board, it is not the weight of the pump trailer that is decisive, but how you pump or, for newcomers, how you want to pump.

The pumping style where you stand with your feet behind each other works on both boards. However, there is also the pumping style where you have your feet together and hip-width apart or then there is also the technique where you have your feet next to each other on the board.
As it is much more comfortable to be hip-width on the board than to have your feet close together, I recommend the 40cm wide board in most cases.

The 40cm wide board is simply better because you are not tied to a pumping style.

Now someone will probably say that the size of the board means that you're more likely to stand wrong when starting. This problem only exists with the actual pump foiling and not with the ScootPump and if you do end up in the wrong position, you can easily switch to the correct position on the ScootPump thanks to the handlebars.

Who is the 32cm wide board actually for.
The 32cm is for people who simply want a narrow board or for children.
Why for children, with children it depends on every gram whether they can hold and start the ScootPump and the 32cm wide board is a little lighter.
